Hilary Matter graduated from Image Body and Beauty Institute of St. Joseph to become a licensed massage therapist in 2006. Her training was focused on Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone and Prenatal. She is continuing her education with enrollment in Thai Massage Academy, as well as continuing to look for opportunities that will expand her knowledge and skills in the future. She likes to use her wide skill set to accommodate each individual with their proper needs. Her passion for massage and the human body’s way of healing will show in her work, and everyday she looks forward to helping people with their path toward wellness. Her hobbies outside of massage therapy include exercise and yoga. Beginning in January she will be attending Zest Yoga and Wellness Institute in St. Joseph. She believes she is here to take care of others and help them learn to take care of themselves.

Cheryl Misel graduated as a certified massage therapist from Massage Therapy Training Institute (MTTI) of Kansas City, MO in 2007, and received her license to practice massage therapy from the State of Missouri shortly thereafter. In 2008 she received her national certification from National Certification of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB). Feeling that she could do more to help her clients, she began to study reflexology. She graduated as a certified reflexologist in 2013 and attained national certification for foot reflexology from American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB) in 2014. She attained her hand national certification in July 2016. She loves the way that massage and reflexology work together to bring the body into a more harmonious state of balance. Whether your goal is healing or relaxation, this next level combination will allow you to achieve it!
Cheryl has many hobbies that she likes to fill up her little free time, but most important is her husband of 27 years, her two adult sons, and the family dog, Zeus.
